The location was comfortable and top, you can visit Aquatic Park by walking. The breakfast was gorgeous and very very good with plenty of food. I loved very good service and would go back in flash.

hotel itself provides many amenities and services of a quality that is appreciated. beds are very comfortable (I fell in love with the pillows), bathrooms are impeccable, with a good shower, rooms are clean and decorated in detail with the same "marine" theme of the whole hotel, in an elegant and welcoming way at the same time. We really liked the location, in Fisherman's Wharf with many attractions and services nearby. Next to it is the plaza where the famous and typical "cable car" of San Francisco leaves from, block away you will find a Starbucks and another cafe in front, same block from the hotel entrance, on the waterfront, 15 minute walk away is the famous "Pier 39" (full of restaurants, shops and entertainment). On that same road is full of shops to eat, buy clothes, souvenirs, gifts, sweets, wax museum, etc. if you go out from there by car it takes you 15 minutes or less to get to the Golden Gate Bridge to see it or cross it and get to know Sausalito. waterfront where it is located is full of people who ride their bikes and I understand that there are several "rentals". reception is very comfortable as it has many spaces to rest and play board games or drink a glass of water upon arrival. They also have a valet service to bring you in and park your car.
In my personal experience, some of the staff working at the hotel, while they generally provide all the services you require and you can tell they are doing their job, some of them don't have the best attitude to do so, especially if you don't speak English and find it difficult to express yourself or understand them. This was particularly true of several of those who worked in the valet service. Anyway, this is something we saw more common in San Francisco (something more characteristic of a "big city", unlike other places we were in on the Pacific coast where they usually had a personal relationship with a better disposition and more cheerful with the tourist).

perfect for exploring nearby parks and iconic landmarks
We stayed in a bay view room, and it was such a treat to open the window and soak up the lively atmosphere of Fisherman's Wharf, with the sounds of street musicians and the sight of sea lions playing in the water. Plus, the hotel's prime location made it super easy to stroll down to the San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park just a few steps away to enjoy some beautiful park views and the fascinating exhibits nearby.

The breakfast certainly could have been included in our rate.

Came here for trip, had very enjoyable 1 day overall. I booked a room with a lovely bed, bay window, a storage, and armchairs. I had a view of the sea from my window. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in San Francisco.

Check-in was efficient and friendly, with a lovely lobby that feels homely. The spacious room featured a comfortable high bed and a well-stocked minibar. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the cable cars and Fisherman's Wharf. The bathroom felt quite small, and there was notable street noise that impacted sleep quality. The resort fee added unexpected costs at checkout, despite the good dining voucher offer.

Location was great. Walking distance to every where we wanted to go. Didn't have to get the car out until time to leave.
Would have liked to have used the frig. It was stocked and wasn't room to put anything else in it. Didn't want to turn it on with it fully stocked. Other than that can't think of anything.

Its position on Fishermans Wharf was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were of a high standard and we enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting every evening between 4pm and 6pm.
Due to the fact that this is a converted Wharf building the rooms only have small windows which can make the room seem dark in the day time.

I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful and the decor was unusual but very fun. It was so much better than staying at a more "corporate" hotel. We didn't get a chance to try out the daily 'happy hour' in the lobby because the area was already packed with people and there was no place to sit but it looked like fun.
The room was decorated with a fun nautical theme; however, in my room at the foot of the bed (only about 1 foot from the end) there was an enormous, round mirror. It made me a little bit uncomfortable to look up and see myself "on the big screen" so to speak. It almost seemed like it was set up to be a 2-way mirror. But otherwise, the room and the bed was very comfortable.

Staff and location excellent!
Deluxe King for two nights was over $800 and the room was super small, dark, and had no tub! Just a shower (wheel chair accessible) and the tv was not even a flat screen but a big old crt. We would never stay again! Not worth the money!

We had such a lovely stay with the cozy lounge area that was perfect for game nights and the delicious breakfasts at the restaurant. The spa menu was fantastic, offering relaxing massages and a soothing jacuzzi experience. The room could've used a bit more lighting, but it was still a great spot to unwind after our busy days! 😊
